A modern classic, 46m MY is looking for an experienced Second Stew. This is semi rotational with a combination of time as 2nd Stew, time standing in as Chief Stew and time off.

The boat runs with 2 stews on board, but has 3 Stews employed to allow for this 3 way rotation for the 2 positions.

Stew 1 - 12 weeks Chief Stew, 6 weeks off

Stew 2 – 6 weeks 2nd Stew, 6 weeks Chief Stew, 6 weeks off

Stew 3 – 12 weeks 2nd Stew, 6 weeks off

As they are looking for a new Stew 2, they will need someone that is looking to make the step up to Chief but is still happy being 2nd Stew for half the time.

It’s a great boat, and nice program. Typically they are in the Bahamas for the winter and Maine for the summer. This winter they will be heading down to Antigua for the charter show and will be there through until the end of March then up to the Bahamas and back up to Maine.

This is also connected to a sailing program so spend the summers at all the classic regattas in New England and will be at the Bucket and Antigua Super Yacht Challenge. Candidates from a sailing background will be advantageous, but not essential.
